Hackney Children's Centre Cluster D includes five children's centres:
The five centres work collaboratively to support local families with children under 5 to become healthy, ready for school and work and to have high aspirations.
1. Healthier families
We aim to support families to become healthier through a variety of guidance and frameworks including, EYFS, Eat Better Start Better, Forest School Ethos, UNICEF Breastfeeding Initiative.

Our services support children to reach their potential regardless of starting points and aims to support families to continue this learning within the home. We follow the EYFS framework, ORIM, ITTERS and ECCERS and other support frameworks, guidelines and interventions.
3. Parents who are job ready
We aim to support parents to build confidence and be ready to enter employment. We work in partnership with a number of providers to support many aspects of this journey.
